The Challenge

Car Summit needed more than a website — they needed an operational overhaul. Inventory was tracked in spreadsheets. Customer records were scattered. Appointments were managed manually. There was no single view of the business at any given moment. And on the customer-facing side, there was no place for buyers to browse inventory, schedule test drives, or explore financing options online. They needed a digital presence and a management system that could grow with the business.

Our Approach

We scoped this as two connected systems sharing a single database: a web-based dealership management system for the internal team, and a customer-facing website pulling from the same inventory data in real time.

The internal platform handles vehicle inventory with detailed specs and status tracking, a customer database with purchase history, sales management, appointment scheduling, and a marketing module with lead scoring. An analytics dashboard gives management real-time visibility into KPIs and sales trends. The customer website shows live inventory with search and filtering, appointment booking, and financing information — all connected to the same backend.
