Future Ethos

Translating science into scalable ventures — a premium web platform for an antimicrobial advisory and venture-building firm guiding early-stage AMR and anti-infective startups from discovery to fundable company.

The Challenge

Future Ethos sits at an unusual intersection: deep antimicrobial science, regulatory strategy, and venture building. Their target audience is equally specialized — faculty entrepreneurs commercializing anti-infective research, early-stage biotech founders working on AMR, and strategic investors in the anti-infective space. Communicating to that audience requires walking a tightrope: scientifically credible enough that PhDs and FDA-savvy operators take you seriously, but accessible enough that a founder or investor can quickly understand what you do and how to engage.

The brand also needed to carry the weight of Dr. Shahila Christie's two decades of expertise in anti-infective drug discovery, clinical development, and venture building — without leaning on jargon or overwhelming visitors with credentials. The site had to read as both serious science and serious business.

Our Approach

We built Future Ethos as a deliberately editorial site — typographic, restrained, and confident. The design language draws on the visual codes of high-end biotech and venture firms: lots of whitespace, large headlines, and a calm color palette that signals "trusted advisor" rather than "consulting firm pitch deck."

Content-wise, we structured the site around three anchors: a clear founder story that establishes credibility without sounding like a CV, a services architecture organized around two engagement models (strategic advisory and hands-on execution) across four core workstreams, and a streamlined consultation request flow with a 2-business-day response commitment. The narrative is built so a faculty entrepreneur, a biotech founder, and an investor can each land on the page and immediately see themselves in it.

What We Built

  • Scientific Strategy & RegulatoryPre-clinical study design, FDA pathway mapping across OTC, Rx, and drug-device combinations, CMC readiness, and the scientific narrative needed for investors and regulators.
  • Business Development & Pipeline ExpansionPipeline prioritization, indication selection, market and competitive analysis, BD materials, and partnership introductions across pharma, device, and academic ecosystems.
  • Fundraising & Grant SupportNIH, BARDA, and EU AMR grant identification and writing support, plus investor-facing scientific and commercial narratives for strategic AMR investors.
  • Advisory + Hands-On ExecutionFor founders who need more than guidance — embedded execution support across CRO management, FDA meeting prep, grant submissions, pitch development, and ongoing project management.
